How much does shipping cost? 

We offer customers free Australia wide Shipping with tracking on orders above $50. For orders below $50 we charge flat rate $8.99.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Australia wide: 5 - 7 working days 

(Please note these times are a worst-case scenario and in most cases with our customers, It has been delivered much faster.)

Processing Times

All orders are usually processed in 24-48 hours from payment*

*excluding weekends and public holidays. During high demand periods such as sales and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatch and delivery.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!
